Hi guys, a friend of mine has taught me to squat with "Torque", external rotation of Hips, knees and ankles. However, I'm not sure why but I'm having a hard time performing it. Not sue if it's due to my long femurs, or lack of ankle/hip mobility. Whenever i tried to squat and trying to external rotate my knees, I felt more pressure on my knee and pelvic turns into posterior tilt position... Not sure how to fix it, does anyone has any tips/cues for how to apply Torque while squatting?
