Client Authoritative Movement, built in? | Unreal Engine

I've been wondering this for awhile so I figured I'd finally ask to see if anyone has an answer.

I see people talking about Client-Authoritative movement all the time but never saying how to enable it they talk as if its just a flag somewhere but I suspect it isnt.

Is there a simple way to enable Client-Authoritative movement or do I have to write my own solution?

Why does the Client render at 30fps in the Host's view? | Unreal Engine

Not sure if this is an animation or networking issue, but we noticed that the 2nd player looks like they are running at a lower framerate **IN THE 1st PLAYER'S PERSPECTIVE**. Client fails to get GameState on occasion | Unreal Engine

I have a menu which allows players to select teams in a multiplayer game. I am using a GameState reference to get the current game rules so that it can assign teams (Team Modes) or not (Free for All). This works fine in a PIE but when playing on an online dedicated server with 8 - 9 people in it, it sometimes fails to get the GameState. My questions is, does this have to do with lag?
